Full Time Well Drilling Technician 

 

Pay:  $22hr+, based on experience 

Schedule:  Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm (with occasional late nights/overtime) 

Requirements: 

• Willingness to learn 
• Ability to follow instructions 
• Physically able to do manual labor 
• Must work well with others 
• Willing and able to interact with customers in a friendly manner 
• Organization - ability to keep truck and equipment clean, stocked, and orderly 
• Ability to work in all weather conditions 
• High school diploma or GED 
• Drug, alcohol, and smoke free environment; clean record 
• Professional behavior and clean language 
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record 
• CDL or willingness to obtain upon starting 

Duties/Responsibilities 

• Assist lead water well driller 
• Fill out well records 
• Customer service oriented
